Jungbauer's 30 years of experience provides the company with depth of knowledge in business operations, staff management, marketing and visionary leadership. In addition, he is recognized nationally as an expert on the use of best practices to improve clinical and organizational performance.  Jungbauer holds master’s degrees in Exercise Physiology and Business Administration. Along with his academic, healthcare, and not-for-profit experience, he lectured throughout the country and is recognized for his practical insight on topics such as outcomes, benchmarking, health and wellness, and business management. According to Jungbauer, "I have enjoyed serving the local community but the time was right to step away from the YMCA and focus on my business interests in Orion Software Development. Healthcare reform has significantly increased the demand for Orion’s services as providers compete for market share in anticipation of possible decreases in reimbursement."
